Sno- Remuera [Food review]
Hey there! If you’re a foodie living in Auckland, I have a spot to share with you that’s definitely worth checking out. I’m talking about Sno Cafe in Remuera – it’s a hidden gem that offers a unique and delicious dining experience.
This cozy cafe has a Scandinavian flare, and they pride themselves on using fresh, seasonal ingredients to create their modern take on traditional Swedish dishes. The name “Sno” means snow in Swedish, and that’s exactly what the cafe’s inspiration is all about. This feast for the eyes and the stomach features flavourful isterband sausage, thick-cut bacon, creamy dill potatoes, and house-baked beans. This is by far my favourite thing on the menu, it is purely delectable. I have eaten this meal many times and every time it remains perfectly balanced and the flavours continuously consistent.
